Please be informed that the Mastercard data centre team has informed us of a scheduled maintenance for the Poland Data Centre. From Friday, May 22, 2026, at 9 PM (BST) to Sunday, May 24, 2026, at 5 PM (BST) During this window, two ports from E6 will be gracefully shut down, while the remaining two ports will continue to operate fully. All transaction traffic will be rerouted to the unaffected ports before the maintenance begins, ensuring uninterrupted processing throughout the activity. There will be no impact on your transactions or other services, and no action is required from your side. This notice is shared purely for your awareness.

Regarding the upcoming holidays in May 2026. Internal bank payments, instant payments (SEPA Instant), and UK Faster Payments (FPS) between banks will take place as usual and reach accounts within seconds. Cross-border payments and regular SEPA payments will not be processed on 1 May (Labour Day), as this is a TARGET2 holiday. BACS payments will also be delayed, and SWIFT payments may not be processed, depending on correspondent banks. Payments expected or initiated during the holidays that require manual attention will be resolved on the next working day after the holiday period. For important European payments, we recommend submitting them before 16:45 (EET) on 30 April to ensure they are processed and received as standard SEPA payments before the holiday. Important to note Bacs non-processing days: 4 May (Early May Bank Holiday – UK) 25 May (Spring Bank Holiday – UK) Please note that any BACS and SWIFT transactions falling on these holidays will be processed on the next business day.

INVESTIGATING

E6 have informed us that they are currently experiencing an issue with their Tokenization Endpoints, and are currently liaising with Mastercard/MDES to investigate this further. Already tokenized cards can still proceed with transactions as normal. We will provide further updates as we receive them.
